A’ja Wilson Obliterates MVP Case To Remember with 10th Straight Victory – Aces 91, Mystics 81

The Las Vegas Aces now have 10 straight wins, and it wasn’t like they rolled into it.

Game Summary

A’ja Wilson was A’ja Wilson again – 36 points and 13 rebounds is now 19 double-doubles for the season and developed another solid night for her MVP case.

Dana Evans came off the bench and was sizzling with 21 points in 24 minutes of action to support the Aces down the stretch.

Jackie Young did her ordinary Jackie Young all-around profile with 10 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists, and Chelsea Gray was buzzing with another level of play-making.

Clutch Crunch notes

Wilson encore MVP push: No trip into MVP territory does not suffice to her résumé – a three-time MVP is only climbing higher.

Bench depth unleashed: Evans is showing that she is beyond order a spare part – she may actually be a difference in the lineup.

Role-player and leader united: The Aces are not good-by-a-player, they are good by being a unit as they venture towards the playoffs.

Final thoughts

The Aces are now a force of nature. Wilson has help in support off the bench and they appear to be peaking at the right time.
